Our holiday apartment which is available for holiday rentals in Javea consists of three bedrooms with kitchen, bathroom, hallway and living room.

One room has a double bed, there is also a twin bedded room whilst the third room has bunk beds. 6 people are easily accommodated.

The kitchen includes cooker, microwave and a combination fridge freezer. Electric hot water heater installed.

From the living room window you can see the sea. Recently upgraded with new patio windows leading onto the balcony and bathroom with bath and shower.

The apartment is part of a complex which offers covered car parking in a secured area and close access to the Javea Arenal beach and town. There a bar with a pool nearby which serves beer and snacks most of the day.

For your holiday leisure there are also pool tables, tennis courts and a small swimming pool in this area. A barbecue is sometimes available in the season.

The Javea Arenal seafront with the picturesque sandy beach is about 5 minutes from the flat.

The Javea Arenal is known for its good variety of restaurants and bars offering a wide range of food.

A short walk from the apartment of an evening and you may find a general knowledge quiz or some music.
